With the TCC10AS (CAN-CC22931), CANchecked is launching a state-of-the-art module for professional motorsport. Developed in close cooperation with motorsport companies, it sets new standards in terms of performance and flexibility.

Thanks to its own flexible protocol, the TCC10AS offers maximum adaptability to individual setups - perfect for teams that want to control and optimize every detail in the vehicle. Whether in top-level racing or ambitious motorsport - the TCC10AS impresses with its reliability, precision and seamless integration into existing systems.

These allow you to connect up to ten Type-K thermocouples and send the measured values via CAN bus and/or monitor them directly on your Wi-Fi-enabled device.

Type-K thermocouples are suitable for various applications such as measuring exhaust gas temperature (AGT), temperatures before/after the intercooler, cylinder head temperatures, water temperature, oil temperature and more. All measurements are cold junction compensated with a measuring range of 0 to 1250°C in 0.25°C resolution (14bit).

The TCC10AS of CANchecked is particularly suitable for the following areas:

What makes the TCC10AS special is that it offers a flexible, proprietary protocol and can therefore be used universally in almost any motorsport project – from GT and TCR cars to prototypes and rally cars.

Connection:
The TCC10AS from CANchecked is equipped with an Autosport connector – specifically an ASL006-05PN (5-pin, female). This type of connector comes from the Autosport series and is often used in professional motorsport because it:

• is very compact, robust and vibration-proof
• guarantees a reliable connection even under the toughest conditions
• Is optimized for high-performance applications (e.g. MoTeC, Bosch Motorsport, CAN systems)

The connectors for the Thermocouple are also designed as a version with a locking mechanism and thus defy any vibrations.
The highlight is the Wi-Fi connectivity, which allows you to configure and update your module via smartphone or PC, as well as check the current temperature and thermocouple status.
